We excavate all necessary soil and replace it with the proper drainage pipe, fabric and stone. We also add necessary clean outs for inspection purposes that provide access in case cleaning is ever needed and can also be used with a dehumidifier hose or furnace drip line. After this step is complete we drill weep holes in all cores of your blocks releasing water that is built up over time. We make sure we pitch all piping so it flows downhill to your sump basin and the sump pump discharges it to a suitable area. After this step we install our drainage material between the footer and wall allowing the weep hole water to make it's way into the system. When everything is complete and inspected for flow and the sump pump is discharging properly we have it inspected by the city. After approval we pour back the concrete and the job is complete.
