Beam & Joist Replacement
Before : Water Damaged center support beam along with insufficient footer pads causing doors to not close properly, cracking of drywall and saggy floors.
During : Digging footer pads 24" x 24"x 12" deep with 6 mil vapor barrier, pouring concrete and anchored columns.
After : New city inspected and approved 4 ply center support beam with a few joist repairs.
